The mission of our department is to create budget estimates and proposals by making the budget opinions received from our units on the ebudget system so that the units can evaluate them in the most effective way, and perform the necessary controls in the most meticulous way in
order to make payments within the framework of the legal rights of our University, our units, public institutions and organizations working with
the university and individuals while performing preliminary financial control and internal control activities in budget implementations, in line with
the laws, regulations, and circulars issued by the Presidency of Strategy and Budget and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

The vision of our department is to be a model department as a unit of Sinop University that reflects all contemporary and scientific
developments and all legal regulations in its field in its work with its staff, who are experts in the subjects under their responsibility and equipped
